• We currently ship to all U.S. addresses, including Alaska and Hawaii. We are not yet shipping to international destinations at this time.

• Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
• All orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days from the time they are placed. You will receive an email notification when your order is shipped, along with tracking details.
3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times:
• Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days (delivery time varies depending on your location).
• Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days (available at checkout).
• Next-Day Shipping: 1 business day (available for urgent orders at checkout).
Please note that delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control, such as weather conditions or holiday delays.
4. Shipping Costs:
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address, order weight, and chosen shipping method.
• Free Standard Shipping: On all orders over $60 within the U.S. (excluding Alaska and Hawaii).
• International Shipping: (not applicable at this time) Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout for international orders. Duties and taxes may apply, depending on your country.
5. Order Tracking:
• Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.
• You can track your order directly on the carrier’s website using the provided tracking number.
6. Damaged or Lost Packages:
• If your package is damaged or lost during transit, please contact us immediately at info@hoopersathletics.com. We will assist you in resolving the issue and, if applicable, file a claim with the carrier to facilitate a refund or replacement.
7. Address Accuracy:
• Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete. Hooper’s Athletics is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or returned items due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
• If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your request before your order ships.

• At this time, we do not offer local pickup options for orders.
