Returns & Refunds:

1. Eligibility: Items are eligible for a refund or exchange if they are unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached. You must initiate a return within 15 days of receiving your order.

To initiate a return, please contact us via e-mail at info@hoopersathletics.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

We will provide you with return instructions and a return shipping label (if applicable). Please pack the item securely to prevent damage during transit.

4. Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges:

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.

6. Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please contact us within 5 days of receiving the item. We will offer a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.

Shipping Costs:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error in your order.
